The most important reason I selected Renee to sell my house is her proven record of selling more houses in Hudson Valley than any realtor by a wide margin. In 2013, she sold 65 houses whereas the average was probably below 25 houses. She has a keen artistic sense to prepare the house to be more likable and attractive to the potential buyers.
